About this role

Within the role of Chapel Street Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training developing and supporting your retail team to provide exceptional customer service to all ZOMP clients. 

Within this position you will also be responsible for effectively fulfilling, overseeing and/or achieving the following 


  • Manage the boutique, and your team, effectively by being supportive and present on the boutique floor 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your boutique
  • Effectively address and communicate areas of opportunity for growth 
  • Mentor and work collaboratively with your team 
  • Motivate and inspire through leading by example
  • Drive, and support, your team to achieve excellence within their roles 
  • Monitor and support your team to fulfil all expectations of their roles
  • Cultivate and develop an inspired and hard-working team through setting boutique goals and objectives 
  • Effectively communicate company updates to your team 
  • Effectively communicate with your direct line manager and head office staff
  • Motivate your team to achieve budget targets and sales 
  • Proactively action and complete visual merchandising as needed 


Experience and Requirements  


  • 2/3 years of experience within a retail or sales management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Full time availability from Tuesday to Saturday

Required skills and experience

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the Chapel street retail store; including store operations, maximizing sales, and achieving operational excellence.
  • Providing a high level of customer service through the support and development of your team.
  • Building client relationships and developing your VIP database.
  • Creating a positive and successful team environment.
  • Overseeing the VM of the store.

About this role

For the role of sales associate you will work toward fostering strong relationship with the ZOMP clientele and contribute to the store sales, while assisting with cultivating a positive and goal driven work environment

You will also 

  • Be present on the boutique and collaborate with the management team
  • Lead by example and create a positive experience for all ZOMP clients
  • Promote customer loyalty through a positive and professional approach to sales
  • Seek to engage with new clients while fostering positive relationships with existing clients
  • Operate as a team player, establishing positive and productive relationships with colleagues
  • Highly organised and effective communicator

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Passion for working in retail and sales
