About this role
Within the role of Chapel Street Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training developing and supporting your retail team to provide exceptional customer service to all ZOMP clients.
Within this position you will also be responsible for effectively fulfilling, overseeing and/or achieving the following
- Manage the boutique, and your team, effectively by being supportive and present on the boutique floor
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your boutique
- Effectively address and communicate areas of opportunity for growth
- Mentor and work collaboratively with your team
- Motivate and inspire through leading by example
- Drive, and support, your team to achieve excellence within their roles
- Monitor and support your team to fulfil all expectations of their roles
- Cultivate and develop an inspired and hard-working team through setting boutique goals and objectives
- Effectively communicate company updates to your team
- Effectively communicate with your direct line manager and head office staff
- Motivate your team to achieve budget targets and sales
- Proactively action and complete visual merchandising as needed
Experience and Requirements
- 2/3 years of experience within a retail or sales management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full time availability from Tuesday to Saturday
