We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all Australian orders placed online over $300.
All orders are dispatched from the Zomp Online office in Melbourne.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours (Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm). Purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic orders are sent using Australia Post, eparcel. Signature is required on arrival.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be processed. Once we have dispatched your item, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Domestic orders can be tracked using http://auspost.com.au/track/ . Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact Australia Post with any inquiries about the status of your package: 13 76 78.
International orders are sent using DHL Express. Please note DHL Express do not deliver to PO BOX adresses. All deliveries require a signature on arrival. We strongly recommend using a work address if possible. Once your order has been shipped from our store, please directly contact your local DHL office with any equires about the status of your package. ZOMP is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process. To avoid unexpected duties clearance, please visit 'What's my duty' FAQ's, and calculator to find out if you will be expected to pay duty on arrival.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally are exempt from the Australian GST (10%) but may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to the destination. The customer will be responsible for additional charges that they may incur for customs clearance; Zomp has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; ZOMP recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information. New Zealand customers can calculate importation tax using the following link, http://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/whats-my-duty. Individuals that refuse to pay importation tax and return the item to sender will be reimbursed for the item only, and will forfeit their original shipping costs.
