Shipping and Delivery
The ZOMP online store currently delivers within Australia and New Zealand. We hope to go around the world soon!
All orders are processed at our distribution centre in Melbourne. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with the exception of Victorian Public Holidays.
We ship via Australia Post, eParcel with tracking. Signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery within Australia can take up to 3-10 business days. Please note that some areas in far north Queensland and Western Australia can take longer.
Express Post Service is also available, can take up to 1 - 4 business days. Please note orders placed after midday, will be processed the following business day.
If you are unsure of delivery in time for an event, please contact us at 03 9650 5411 or firstname.lastname@example.org when placing your order.
Delivery to New Zealand can take up to 7-14 working days, subject to payment clearance, stock availability, Australia Post. Long delays are also possible in customs and NZ Postage.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au/track
If you have not received any emails from ZOMP, please check your junk mail and include ZOMP in your address book to receive future emails.

Express Post (Australia) flat rate: $15
International (New Zealand) flat rate: $30
Free Standard Shipping for all Australian orders placed online over $300
ZOMP is not liable for stolen parcels. ZOMP online recommends customers provide a secure delivery address.
