All orders are sourced and dispatched from our 8 stores in Australia.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During sale periods and throughout the holiday season, your purchase may take longer to arrive. Please allow adequate time for delivery.

ZOMP will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

ZOMP is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processing time.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

If a parcel is deemed as undeliverable by the service provider, customers will be charged a $15 administrative fee before re-delivery.

Please check your delivery address is correct at the time you place your order.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all Australian orders placed online over $300.

All orders are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service with the option of standard or express delivery.

A signature is required on arrival so we recommend providing your daytime or work address for delivery. Parcels that cannot be signed for at the time of delivery will be diverted to your closest post office for pick up, track your order for more information.

Australia Post delivers during normal business hours (Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm), excluding public holidays.

The below table provides a breakdown for Australia Post’s delivery time frames to domestic locations, these times are intended as guide only and do not include order processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel Express Courier International.

Please allow 2 -5 business days from when your order has been dispatched for international deliveries.

All deliveries require a signature on arrival. We recommend providing your daytime or work address. If no one is available to sign, a note will be left with details on how to collect your parcel.

We cannot ship to international post office boxes.

International orders are subject to customs and duties, please check the customs clearance information where you live.


TAXES & DUTIES

Items shipped internationally are exempt from the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax however, international customers may be required to pay import duty or customs clearance charges prior to delivery or upon receipt of goods.

Customs policies vary from country to country and some countries have restrictions on certain products and materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to check customs regulations before placing an order for delivery outside Australia. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Individuals who refuse to pay importation tax and return the item to sender will be reimbursed for the item only and will forfeit any original shipping costs.

TRACKING MY ORDER

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

When your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Orders can be tracked here http://auspost.com.au/track/ using your unique tracking number.

Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery, this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped from our store, please contact Australia Post directly for further information about the status of your package on 13 76 78 or +61 3 8847 9045, if calling from overseas. Support is available Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm Australia wide (except public holidays).

 

CURRENCY

Prices are in $ AUD.

All payments will be processed in $ AUD, your bank may apply international transaction fees.

GST will be removed automatically at the checkout for international customers.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Stock quantities are not updated in real time, sizes may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
