Returns and Exchanges
ZOMP online is happy to exchange or return any full priced, unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date received. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging, free of damage. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item and exclude any original shipping costs. All return
costs are at the customer’s expense. ZOMP shoez is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear and until you are certain you are keeping them. All exchanges are based on
stock availability, and are shipped to you free of charge.
Please note the following exceptions: No refunds on sale items – please choose carefully.
Each order is issued with a ZOMP Online store return form. This must be completed and sent back with your item(s) to:

All Items purchased online must be returned to ZOMP online for returns and/or exchanges.

IN-STORE PURCHASES terms & conditions
We have recently* updated our Policy, so whether you purchase in-store or online with ZOMP the same policy applies.
We hope you love your new shoes! If you do have a change of mind though, within 14 days of purchase you may return:
- full priced items for an Exchange, Credit Note or Full Refund.
- sale or discounted items for an Exchange or Credit Note
Please note, no refunds will be issued on sale items for incorrect choice or change of mind – please choose carefully!
Item/s must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase (e.g. Store Receipt or Order Confirmation). Always try your shoes on carpeted surface to avoid damage to the shoes, until you’re certain they’re the right for you!
Repair, Replacement, Credit Note or Refund will be given if an item is deemed faulty or defective, before an item can be deemed faulty it must be assessed in-store or online by ZOMP.
