Follow your order

All orders are sent by Australia Post eParcel.

Customers will receive a shipment email with a tracking number at the time of dispatch.

The link to the Australia Post tracking website will be in the email and is also below for you to track your order.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery. If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. However, ZOMP is more than happy to provide after sales assistance.
