Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location | Melbourne, VIC or Claremont, WA 

Position | Full-time, permanent 38 hours

Salary | Commensurate with experience and skill

ZOMP is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to take our brand to the next level! From monthly planning to daily execution of digital content, this is very much a hands-on and varied role. The position requires an individual with a strong understanding of social media and its influence upon brand and consumer markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ZOMP social media strategy

Creation, curation and planning of content across all social media platforms and weekly email marketing campaigns

Daily monitoring of social media interactions in adherence with ZOMP customer service standards

Identify new initiatives to build existing social media accounts and drive traffic to the ZOMP website

Provide innovative and strategic direction across the Marketing, PR and Digital function for both online and in-store events

Monthly reporting to the Managing Director and HO; providing key insights and analysis from social media, promotions and other marketing initiatives

Develop internal marketing communications; such as staff newsletters and seasonal line sheets

Manage editorial and stylist loans

Ad-hoc administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate:

Tertiary Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification

Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and In Design

Experience with social media platforms, e-commerce and event coordination will be highly regarded

A creative eye with proven skills in photography and content curation

Knowledge of Mailchimp and Magento will be highly regarded

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Position | Full-time, permanent 38 hours


ZOMP Mosman is on the look-out for an energetic and hardworking leader, who can successfully apply their retail experience to deliver an exceptional customer service whilst adding their own personal style and touch to ZOMP!   The ideal applicant will be organised and motivated, with the ability to lead a team and deliver top sales results in a fast-paced retail environment. Working with the ZOMP National Retail Operations Manager to achieve store and company objectives – the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:


Engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service

Motivating a successful retail team

Driving sales to accomplish daily and monthly targets

Managing store operations efficiently

Conducting recruitment process for your store, in-conjunction with Head Office

Training new sales staff and identify performance areas requiring development

Stockroom control
